Indiana Military Coalition Project 2022

The Indiana Military Coalition is making plans to design and build two military monuments in Indianapolis. We formed The Military/ Veterans Coalition of Indiana Foundation, Inc. (TMVCIF) as a 501 (C) (3) for this purpose.
The location of the monuments has not yet been determined. Two sites being considered are the American Legion Mall and along the Canal area in downtown Indianapolis. The National Desert Storm Monument groundbreaking ceremony was on July 14, 2022, and this national monument is being built next to the Vietnam Memorial in the National Mall in Washington, DC.
The first monument is dedicated to Desert Shield / Desert Storm from August 2, 1990 to January 17, 1991.
The second monument is dedicated to The Global War on Terrorism from September 11, 2001 to March 19, 2003.
